was established in January 2000 as a sole proprietorship. The main business was in the selling of pre-owned motor vehicles.

 

On the 19 June 2012 Oosthuizen Motors became part of the e-Car network. This is a National Network of Independent Workshops equipped with the latest Bosch Diagnostic Equipment to service and repair all makes of vehicles. e-Car is backed by major Parts Suppliers to the Automotive Industry namely Bosch, Gabriel, Gud Filters, Hella, Osram, Sachs, Valvoline, Ram to name a few. A National warranty on certain parts gives the motorist peace of mind.

 

During the latter half of 2015 we opened a further extensions to the business namely a Panel beat & respray section. Cymot has installed a full MaxMeyer paint work bench on our premises. We have also joined the Namibia Panel beaters Association. We have commenced work on vehicles on the panel beat side and companies such as Alexander Forbes; Hollard Insurance and Mutual & Federal have made use of our services.

Oosthuizen Motors business concept has already grown the pre-owned motor vehicle section and is currently well established within the industry. We are also listed with all the major banks within Namibia.

 

The motor vehicle service side has also been well established and can do all major services, brakes, clutches, shock absorbers, replacement of complete engines etc. We are able to offer our customers the very best in Servicing, Mechanical Repairs, Diagnostics and Air Conditioning.

 

With our Panel beat & respray section we are aiming by selling our services to the broad Namibian Market within the radius of Windhoek. We will do the replacement or repairs of bumpers, bonnets, boot lids, fenders, doors etc. Spray painting to all areas of the motor vehicle, professional polishing of all vehicle surfaces. Furthermore after completion of any panel beat work we are in position to do the mechanical side as well should this be necessary.

We do Toyota, Nissan, Volkswagen, Ford, Isuzu, Mazda vehicles, however all other makes and models can be catered for with equal expertise. Import vehicles are also catered for should parts be available.

Pricing

Our labour rate is N$ 500.00 per hour (Excl VAT) (If we do a fleet of vehicles a better price may be negotiated) If a vehicle is out of its warranty original parts may be replaced or after market as per instruction of client / insurance company. Should a vehicle need to be towed within a 70 km radius of Windhoek and if the work would be allocated to us we will charge no tow in fee.
